GJ M^r Adrian Fortescue and m^rs Mary Fortescue have taken thrice of their physicke and wrought well w^th them, the gentlewoman sicke the first taking, and well since, her stomack better, but her head as it was

M^r Adrian sicke w^th his physicke on monday last and tooke none since he sleepes not well, is growen weake and his waxen kernells remayne. / my Lady thinkꝭ that if he continue so it will bring him to a consumption She desyres to have some course for m^r willm Fortescue 10 y. w^ch hath also an Itche. RW Beniamin Hubbins of Astwood y. 26. d. ☾ h: 1: p: m: Novemb. 20 1620. swelled in his left leg: yesterday his right leg was swelled but now it is come into his left leg: payned in his left eare, & so downewards. had a purge 10 dayes since w^ch wrought well & he was much the better for it: now worse then he was. complayneth more of heate then of colde then of heate. did complayne at the first more of heate then of colde. cannot sleepe.
